How long have you been in business?
	Physicians World was founded in 1972 and became part of KnowledgePoint360 in 2007, making it both one of the most experienced and one of the largest healthcare communications companies. We’ve been running speakers bureaus since 1990, again giving us deeply rooted expertise.
Who are your speakers bureau clients?
	A diverse group of large, medium, and small pharma. We support the device industry and have worked in animal health as well. References available upon request.
Any international experience?
	Yes indeed. We have fulfilled many speaker programs and advisory events in all continents. Except Antarctica.

	Yes. This is a model we espouse. In fact, we’ve implemented it with fruitful results.

	Yes. And yes. This is core work for us
We are a multi-platform shop. Does your technology work on Macs?
	Yes. And on PCs. And on all browsers currently on the market.
I want a system that will let me run my own reports when I want them. Will your platform let me do this?
	Yes. When you want them, and how you want them.
We do our contracts differently from other companies I’ve worked at. We have about 40 different templates based on a whole range of parameters. We have a staggered schedule for annual recontracting. And we have speaker-specific clauses that populate event-specific contracts. Can you automate all of this?

We want to track audience against our prioritized target list. Actually, we want to track who gets invited, how they were invited, who RSVPs, how they respond, how they register (if they register in advance), and who attends uninvited. We are looking for a speakers bureau supplier who can also manage meetings hands on. Can you provide this service as well?
	Yes. In fact, we can manage this service from the stages of contracting for competitive rates with venues and enforcing non-compete clauses, to making full arrangements and guarantees and reconciling expenses.
